Job Summary

At Ryno, we build cutting-edge AI solutions that help businesses unlock the true potential of data. We’re looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer who is passionate about turning raw data into intelligent models that drive real-world impact.

In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that power Ryno’s AI-driven platforms across various industries. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring smart, scalable solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI solutions

  • Design, develop, and train machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and validation

  • Work on end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring

  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production-ready systems

  • Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to optimize model accuracy and efficiency

  • Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to Ryno projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role

  • Strong coding skills in Python (and libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)

  • Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including large-scale datasets

  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment

  • Experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects
