Job Summary

In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that power Ryno’s AI-driven platforms across various industries. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring smart, scalable solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI solutions

Design, develop, and train machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and validation

Work on end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring

Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production-ready systems

Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to optimize model accuracy and efficiency

Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to Ryno projects
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

2–5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role

Strong coding skills in Python (and libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)

Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including large-scale datasets

Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment

Experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects
